Return Policy

At Oiios, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

General Return Conditions

All return requests must be submitted within the allowable return period, and the item must be in resalable condition with minimal signs of use. To qualify for a return:

  • You must be the original purchaser.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and include all original parts and accessories.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued by Oiios prior to shipping the product back.

Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

E-Bike Returns

You may return your Oiios e-bike within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

New and Unused E-Bikes

  • Eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Must be in brand-new condition (no mileage, scratches, or signs of wear).

  • Subject to a $149 return shipping fee per e-bike.

Used E-Bikes

  • Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Must have less than 32 km (20 miles) on the odometer.

  • Must be in excellent condition, free of any major cosmetic damage.

  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $149 return shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of misuse or modification

  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or handling

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts

  • Final sale items or custom orders

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Email our team at order@oiios.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief reason for return. Photos may be required.

  2. Pack Your Return
    Carefully package the item(s) in the original box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

  3. Ship It Back
    Use the provided return shipping label or arrange your own shipping if advised. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  4. Inspection & Refund
    Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full refund. However, Orders placed through financing are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process once the item is received.
