Thank you for choosing Oiios. These Terms of Purchase apply to all products purchased from www.oiios.com and outline the conditions that govern the sale, delivery, and ownership of Oiios electric mobility products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance by Oiios. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
Oiios may cancel or adjust orders due to pricing errors, system failures, or inventory discrepancies.

2. Payment Terms

Prices are shown in the local currency based on the selected market and include applicable taxes where required. Pricing may vary by region.
We accept secure payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and supported digital wallets.
Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated under financing or promotional programs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Shipping to P.O. boxes may be restricted.
Oversized shipments may require additional coordination. Oiios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oiios is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
All shipping damages must be documented at the time of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damage, request the delivery driver to acknowledge the issue, and have them sign as confirmation. You must report the incident to us within 48 hours by emailing order@oiios.com . Failure to follow these steps may result in your shipping damage claim being denied.

4. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with claims when appropriate.

5. Product Descriptions & Changes

We strive to ensure accuracy in product listings, but specifications may change due to manufacturing updates. Oiios reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater value and quality without prior notice. Images may be illustrative only.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For details on eligibility, timelines, and return instructions, please refer to our dedicated Return Policy.

7. Warranty Coverage

All Oiios e-bikes come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Coverage and exclusions are outlined in our Warranty Policy. Improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

8. Use of Products & Compliance

By purchasing from Oiios, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, provincial, and federal traffic laws.
Oiios products are certified to meet Canadian safety standards (UL 2849, UL 2271), but it is your responsibility to ensure safe use.
Always wear protective gear and follow the instructions in your owner's manual .

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oiios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.

10. Modifications to Terms

Oiios may revise these Terms of Purchase at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued purchases imply acceptance of the revised terms.
