Warranty Policy

At OIIOS, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your e-bike experience is worry-free. We offer coverage for manufacturing defects and functional issues under the following terms (This warranty applies to purchases made through our official website; warranty policies may vary on other platforms or through authorized dealers.):

Warranty Period

Frame: 2 years (up to 4,000km)

Motor: 2 years (up to 4,000km

Controller: 1 year (up to 4,000km)

Battery & Charger: 6 months

Other Electrical & Mechanical Components: 1 year (up to 4,000km)

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty is valid for the original owner only and is non-transferable.

  • All components must remain in their original condition, with no modifications.

  • Warranty begins from the date of delivery and covers manufacturer defects only.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and environmental damage are not covered.

  • Labour costs for warranty repairs are covered only when performed by an authorized Oiios dealer or service center.

  • Shipping costs for warranty parts may apply unless otherwise agreed upon by Oiios in writing.

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, improper assembly, or neglect

  • Wear and tear items (brake pads, tires, chains, grips, etc.)

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use of incompatible chargers or accessories

  • Environmental or water damage

Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim:

  1. Email our support team at service@emmo.ca.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue (photos or videos may be required).

  3. If eligible, we’ll assist you with repair, replacement, or return instructions.

In some cases, defective parts may need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is issued.
